No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds are offered once access is granted
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • This applies regardless of:
    • Usage or non-usage
    • Lack of results
    • Change of mind
    • Schedule conflicts
    • Personal circumstances

  • Coaching time, feedback, and availability are reserved in advance
  • No refunds are provided once access begins
  • Missed sessions, unused support, or non-participation do not qualify for refunds

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased digital product:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to restore access

Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund if access can be restored.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products may result in:

  • Submission of purchase records, access logs, and policy acceptance to the payment provider
