You are responsible for:

  • Selecting appropriate loads, intensity, and volume
  • Training in a safe environment
  • Using equipment correctly

Any feedback or guidance provided does not replace your responsibility to train within your personal limits.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Training outcomes vary based on individual factors including consistency, recovery, genetics, lifestyle, and effort.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Strength gains
  • Muscle growth
  • Fat loss
  • Performance improvements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFoxFamily and its coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from:

  • Participation in training programs
  • Use or misuse of digital products
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Ignoring medical advice

This applies regardless of whether training occurs at home, in a gym, or elsewhere.

9. Medical Conditions & Disclosure

You agree to disclose any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to participating.

Failure to disclose such information releases FitFoxFamily from responsibility for any resulting injury or complication.
